Cancellation Policy - Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks

Peak Periods Bookings (Christmas & Easter) - 

Where at least 60 days notice of full cancellation has been given, deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:

• Option A: full credit to a future booking (to be used within 12 months)
• Option B: Refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee

Where less than 60 days notice has been given or for partial cancellation, deposits will be refunded with the following options:

• If site or unit/villa is rebooked then Options A or B above are applicable.
  If site or unit/villa is not rebooked, no refund is made.

Other School Holidays, Public Holidays / Long Weekends and Special Events:

Where at least 28 days notice of full cancellation has been given, deposits will be refunded with the following options:

• Option A: full credit to a future booking (to be used within 12 months)
• Option B: Refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee

Where less than 28 days notice has been given or for partial cancellation, deposits will be refunded with the following options:

• If site or unit/villa is rebooked then Options A or B above are applicable.
  If site or unit/villa is not rebooked, no refund is made.

Off-Peak and Shoulder Periods

7 days notice required for any cancellations.

• Credit card authorisation will be collected at time of booking to cover any cancellation or additional cleaning or damage fees as per the terms and conditions.
• For all bookings, there is no refund for your choice of early departure due to unforeseen personal events, weather events, or acts of God or change of mind.
• Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number when necessary, after your booking has been made.

All cancellations incur a $50 cancellation fee.
