About Cotton Tree Holiday Park

The only one of our parks right on the river

Cotton Tree is the only one of our six parks with sites directly on the Maroochy River. Surf the beach out front or paddle the calmer river water, then watch the sunset from a riverside BBQ. At over eight hectares, it's also the biggest and most spacious of the six.
