Our parks
Select from six destinations across the Sunshine Coast

Caloundra, Dicky Beach
Dicky Beach Holiday Park
Beachfront park in Caloundra with powered and unpowered sites, studio units and a pool, tennis court and playground — steps from a patrolled beach. Unwind in the recreation room after a swim. Then stroll the coastal pathway to Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach, Moffat Beach and Golden Beach.

Mooloolaba
Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park
Beachfront park at Mooloolaba with powered slab sites, a boardwalk to the beach, camp kitchen and laundry — next to the Surf Club and The Wharf. Swim or surf one of the coast's most famous beaches, patrolled by lifeguards 365 days a year. Explore the rock pools at the northern end, or walk to Sea Life and The Wharf's shops and restaurants.

Maroochydore
Maroochydore Beach Holiday Park
Beachfront and riverside park at Maroochydore with powered caravan and camp sites, next to the surf club — direct walkway to the beach. The Maroochy River estuary is calm enough for young swimmers, boaters and fishers, while the beach out front serves up real surf. Dine at the surf club or Maroochy RSL, or walk to nearby restaurants.

Maroochydore, Cotton Tree
Cotton Tree Holiday Park
Riverside and beachfront park at Cotton Tree with waterfront powered sites, cabins and a beach house — the Aquatic Centre is right next door. Surf the beach or paddle the calm Maroochy River, then watch the sunset over the water from a riverside BBQ. 9 cabins, a 4-bedroom beach house and 24 absolute-waterfront sites make this the most complete stay option of our 6 parks.

Mudjimba
Mudjimba Beach Holiday Park
Beachfront park at Mudjimba with a bush walking track and the Coastal Pathway at the gate — a quieter escape with powered and unpowered sites. Walk the beach or the bush track, then cool off in the pool. Dogs are welcome on application, and North Shore Village shops are a minute's drive away.

Coolum Beach
Coolum Beach Holiday Park
Beachfront park at Coolum on 10 acres, with powered sites, a dedicated dog area and direct access to the patrolled surf beach. Walk to the surf club, shops and restaurants, or climb to the top of Mt Coolum for views across the coast. Dogs are welcome on application, with their own dog area and beach access.
