Cancellation policy
Plans change — here's what to expect if you need to cancel or change your booking, including peak-period rules. Full details are below.
Holidays don't always go exactly to plan, so we've outlined our cancellation policy below to help you understand your options should you need to change or cancel your booking.
60+ days' notice for full cancellation
- Option A: Full credit for a future booking (valid for 12 months), less a $30 administration fee.
- Option B: Refund of deposit/payment, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days' notice or partial cancellation
- If the site, unit or villa is rebooked, Option A or B above applies (subject to full occupancy).
- If the site, unit or villa is not rebooked, no refund will be provided.
28+ days' notice for full cancellation
- Option A: Full credit for a future booking (valid for 12 months), less a $30 administration fee.
- Option B: Refund of deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 28 days' notice or partial cancellation
- If the site, unit or villa is rebooked, Option A or B above applies.
- If the site, unit or villa is not rebooked, no refund will be provided.
7+ days' notice for full cancellation
- Option A: Full credit for a future booking (valid for 12 months), less a $30 administration fee.
- Option B: Refund of deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee.
60+ days' notice
- Deposits refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days' notice
- $100 cancellation fee applies.
- If the site or cabin is not rebooked, no refund will be provided.
- If the site or cabin is rebooked, a refund will be issued for the nights resold.
- No refunds for early departures or no-shows.
Additional terms
- Credit card authorisation may be collected at the time of booking to cover cancellation fees, additional cleaning charges or damage costs in accordance with the Terms and conditions.
- No refunds are available for early departures, change of mind, personal circumstances, weather events or other events beyond management's control.
- Management reserves the right to relocate guests or change site numbers where necessary after booking.
Cancellation fee
Please note: All cancellations incur a minimum $50 cancellation fee, except where a higher fee specifically applies (for example, Australian Surf Life Saving Championships bookings cancelled within 60 days).
