A. Normally 12 months in advance – just after the particular holiday period ends. Best to contact individual park for exact date.
A. Yes. If your caravan is set up for this type of camping and dependent on the size. Some small caravans are ok and as size of unpowered sites vary – best to check with staff.
A. 15amp lead is required (in good condition)
A. Yes, caravan drawbars do need to face the roadway for safety / evacuation emergencies.
A. For safety reasons - no open fires. This includes oz-pigs.
A. No, due to noise and impact on other guests generators are not permitted.
A. Unpowered sites are generally 6m X 6m. Powered sites in the Camping Grounds vary in size from 6m x 6m to 9m x 10m. Powered caravan sites approx 9m x 9m. If you require assistance with a site size when booking, please call us.
A. A maximum of 6 people per site, including all children and infants.
A. All check-ins are encouraged by close of office at 6pm in winter and 7pm in summer.

A. Site allocation is on arrival except Easter, September, Christmas school holidays and 10 week stays.

A. Coolum Beach and Mudjimba Beach Holiday Parks are dog friendly (on application) outside school holidays.
A. No we do not offer a seniors discount, however Family Parks Australia members do receive discounts.
A. Weekly bookings are discounted with further reduction after 4 weeks.
A. Yes as long as you can fit it on your site.
A. Generally no – as there is limited space within the park for additional vehicles.
A. Yes, assistance can be provided to position your van on the site.
A. No, only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
