Just steps to the main beach (note our header image to see the view south) and a short walk to Mooloolaba Surf Club and local dining options. We are also directly across the road from the Mooloolaba Wharf and it's abundance of eateries and adventure experiences.
Cotton Tree is very popular choice for families and offers a unique position with direct access to the ocean and the Maroochydore River. So, weather it is a surf, an ocean swim or water activities and fishing on the river you are spoilt for choice. To round off the experience you will find great local shops and cafes and the markets right across the road!
