About Cotton Tree Holiday Park
Cotton Tree is the only one of our six parks with sites directly on the Maroochy River. Surf the beach out front or paddle the calmer river water, then watch the sunset from a riverside BBQ. At over eight hectares, it's also the biggest and most spacious of the six.
Also on site: LPG, party ice and bait for sale; free Wi-Fi; boom gate and pedestrian gate access.
Pets: Dogs on application at Mudjimba, Coolum and Maroochydore only.
Where to stay

This four-bedroom beach house is ideal for larger families who need space to move around in.

There are 9 modern cabins in the park; 6 x two-bedroom cabins and three one-bedroom cabins. Two of the two bedroom cabins are easy-access PWD compliant, one of which is open plan and has the bunks located off the main living area.
